Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

These Terms are between you and RESCUEFORGE LLC, the company that operates RescueForge. By creating an account or using RescueForge, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. RescueForge is intended for adults age 18 and older. If you use the app for a department or other organization, you are responsible for having authority to do so and for following that organization's policies.

2. Intended Use and Health Disclaimer

RescueForge provides general fitness, nutrition, scheduling, and wellness logging tools for educational and personal recordkeeping purposes. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, emergency response, incident reporting, or fitness-for-duty clearance. Use department policy, qualified professional guidance, and your own judgment. Stop an activity and seek appropriate help if symptoms or safety concerns arise.

Adaptive training suggestions are generated from information you choose to provide, such as role, shift context, equipment, time, movement limitations, recent completed workouts, and post-workout feedback. They are general suggestions, not individualized medical or rehabilitation instructions, and they cannot determine whether you are safe or fit for duty.

Crew and department features support routine coordination only. They are not monitored for emergencies and do not replace dispatch, incident command, personnel accountability, staffing approval, apparatus checks, pharmacy controls, official training records, purchasing systems, or department policy.

3. User Accounts

Account information should be accurate and kept current. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not enter patient information, protected incident details, or other data you are not authorized to store in RescueForge. Department administrators are responsible for assigning and removing members appropriately. A displayed rank or administrator label inside RescueForge is not an operational credential or grant of authority outside the app.

4. Prohibited Activities

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, violate another person's rights, or upload unlawful, harmful, or confidential material you are not authorized to provide.

5. Termination

Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, investigate security issues, or address a material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and can request account deletion from Settings.

6. Subscription & Billing

The current App Store launch edition does not sell consumer digital subscriptions or features. If paid services are offered later, the applicable purchase screen will show the seller, price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, refund process, and purchase channel before payment.

7. App Content and User Content

RESCUEFORGE LLC and its licensors retain rights in the software, interface, branding, and app-provided written or visual content, subject to applicable licenses and law.

You retain the rights you have in workouts, recipes, notes, and other content you create. You grant the service only the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to provide the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to submit that content.

8. Warranties and Liability

RescueForge is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or a particular health, fitness, staffing, or operational result. To the extent permitted by law, RescueForge is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date and provide any notice required by law. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
